Why RevQuest LLC Exists
I’m Marketta Burrell, CRCP, and I lead RevQuest LLC as the Owner and CEO.
I worked for eight years in franchised physical therapy clinics. I started at the front desk and later became the Business Office Manager. As an RCM Success Manager at WebPT, I helped clinics improve revenue workflows and reduce aging A/R.
I have a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and an Associate's in Business Office Technology. I have 22 years of experience in healthcare billing.
Evolution of RevQuest LLC
So, I created RevQuest LLC. We provide innovative solutions and dedicated support for PT clinics. I launched RevQuest LLC as a consultancy for a single client. Soon, it expanded into a full RCM solutions provider for physical therapy clinics. Hospice billing began it all. But now, the mission further along in my career is clear: to help PT clinics succeed in their revenue cycle. We focus on recovering lost revenue, reducing denials, and building systems that last. These systems help ensure a steady cash flow for physical therapists.
